Free Career Guide Reveals How To Build A Prosperous and Purposeful Career As Breathwork Facilitator

A professional pathway that blends nervous system science, somatics, trauma awareness, and real supervised practice.

Inside the guide, you’ll discover:

- The #1 thing that separates safe, confident facilitation from “just techniques”

- The 3 Pillars of Breathwork Mastery (Body • Mind • Spirit)

- What “trauma-aware” actually means in real sessions (and what to avoid)

- The fastest path to real competence: immersion + supervised integration

- The multi-modality toolkit: land + water rebirthing, ice, and somatic work

Meet your purposeful career, as a confident space-holder in the most comprehensive mind-body-spirit Breathwork Mastery Training.

A professional pathway that bridges nervous system science, somatic awareness, modern trauma theory, and real facilitation practice into one integrated training.

Why Breathwork facilitation is not just learning techniques — it’s becoming a regulated, ethical space-holder.

The 3 Pillars of Breathwork Mastery — Heal Your Body, Master Your Mind, Connect to Your Spirit (and what each pillar actually requires).

The skills most “certifications” skip: trauma sensitivity, screening, ethical boundaries, and how to avoid retraumatization.

The difference between being “trained” vs truly experienced and confident — and why supervision changes everything.

What a real professional pathway looks like: 21-day in-person immersion + 6-month supervised practice (so certification reflects competence, not attendance).

The multi-modality toolkit (land + water rebirthing, shamanic elemental journeys, breathwork & ice bath, nervous system regulation).

1.CLARITY (Mind)

Breathwork opens direct access to the subconscious mind. Through conscious breathing, you learn to observe your thoughts without being controlled by them. As a facilitator, mental clarity allows you to separate your own process from your client's, hold neutrality during emotional intensity, and guide integration with grounded, confident leadership.

2. ALIGNMENT (Soul)

When breath meets intention, purpose becomes clear. Breathwork reconnects you to what is truly meaningful — dissolving the noise of false beliefs and identity patterns that keep you playing small. As a practitioner, your career stops being just a job and becomes a calling. You show up with authentic expression, renewed direction, and soul-led presence.

3. GROUNDING (Body)

The body is where transformation is anchored. Breathwork is not mental work — it is embodied work. Through somatic breath techniques, you learn to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension from the fascia, and return to physical safety and presence. A grounded facilitator creates a grounded space — and that is where real healing happens.

Your Breath Is the Tool. Your Nervous System Is the Compass. Your Presence Is the Container.

Most Healers Don't Struggle Because They Lack Passion.

Most aspiring facilitators don't struggle because they're incapable.

They struggle because they've been trying to hold space for others without first learning to hold space for themselves — without a trauma-aware foundation, a regulated nervous system, or a clear professional framework.

When that foundation is missing, even powerful breath sessions can feel unsafe. Clients don't return. Confidence erodes. Your gift becomes harder to share.

Common signs this may resonate with you:

Feeling called to facilitate but unsure where to start or how to structure sessions

Experiencing emotional overwhelm when holding space for others in pain

Questioning whether you have the right tools to work with trauma safely

Sensing your purpose is bigger than your current career — but lacking a clear path forward

This is what the Integrative Trauma-Aware Breathwork Mastery by Kenaz Method was designed to address.

Designed for practitioners, coaches, healers, and dedicated seekers ready to build a purposeful, embodied career as a confident space-holder.

Who Is this for?

This free Career Guide is for you if you’re:

“This training is incredible. Everything so thoughtfully planned, amazing

teachers, great schedule. Created with so much love and passion, I really

have to emphasise that. There are not many trainings out there like this one.

It gave me so many tools for the road ahead - on a professional level, but

also for my own growth and transformation. Thank you so much Patricia for

putting this together and delivering the message: our breath is our

medicine.

"I would totally recommend this course to anyone that wants to discover

more about their own patterns and their own trauma."

I would totally recommend this course to anyone that wants to discover

more about their own patterns and their own trauma. This training helped me

to reconnect myself with my own body and my emotions. It helped me to be

more in tune with what is happening in my intuition and what my body is

telling me. This is an inner-journey where you actually discover so much

more about yourself. And also for me the main thing is that this training

brought me the ability to work with people in a deeper level. To offer my

work all around the world using the medicine of the Breath. I can work and

live anywhere I want and I always have this gift with me, offering my work as

Breathwork Facilitator
